"Storm Area 51, They Can't Stop All of Us"

Today I want to talk about something I'm excited for which is the social media sensation of "Storm Area 51, They Can't Stop All of Us." If you haven't heard about this upcoming event, then you probably don't watched the news, scrolled on Reddit or have a Facebook. This event has gotten so massive over 2 million people have responded on the Facebook invite that they are "going," and 1.5 million have responded they are "interested."

It all started with a single guy who thought it would be funny to start a Facebook page about how to get into Area 51 and see the aliens. The creator goes by the name of Matty Roberts, and has had to go on record saying that he is not responsible for any casualties that may happen on September 20, 2019. Hotels near the Area 51 base say they are booked solid for the weekend of the raid, and while they themselves think it's a stupid idea can't wait for the business. This event has gotten so much publicity that the US military has had to take notice of the event. They have had to educate their officers on what "Naruto Run" is and how the raiders plan to use it.

While I hope no one gets hurt during the event, I do hope that people actually show up and treat it like a giant convention for alien and UFO enthusiasts. Let's face it, storming Area 51 is probably the most irresponsible thing a person can do, because it's like bringing a toothpick to a gunfight. Below I'll leave pictures of the plans to storm the base, and maybe then you'll see why it's so hilarious, and why it's grabbed so much social media attention.
